Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in-person. A deposit will be required to secure your booking. 2. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking for all treatments. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your appointment by calling us or using the online booking system. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Refund Policy 1. Refund Eligibility: Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled more than 24 hours in advance or if Elevate Med Spa is unable to fulfill the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. 2. Refund Process: For eligible refunds, please contact us directly. Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days. Additional Information - Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. - No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and will require a new deposit for future bookings.
